Getting Started
Set up Bunlead and run your first signal workflow in under 30 minutes.
Create your account
Sign up at bunlead.com. During onboarding you'll be prompted to connect your CRM — you can skip this and connect later from Settings → Integrations. Your account starts on a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.
Connect your CRM
Go to Settings → Integrations and choose Salesforce or HubSpot. Bunlead requests read and write access to Contacts, Accounts, and Leads. We use OAuth 2.0 — your CRM credentials are never stored. Sync time is typically under 10 minutes for up to 100,000 records.
Define your ICP
Go to Signals → ICP Builder. Set your target industries, company size range, geographies, and tech stack filters. Your ICP definition is used to filter all incoming signals and enrichment results — only companies matching your criteria will generate alerts.
Run your first signal workflow
Go to Signals → Workflows → New Workflow. Choose a trigger (e.g., "New funding event"), set your ICP filter, choose an action (e.g., "Create task in Salesforce" or "Send to Slack channel"), and activate. Your first signal will fire within minutes for matching companies.
Invite your team
Go to Settings → Team and invite teammates by email. You can assign roles: Admin (full access), Member (read + create workflows), and Viewer (read-only). Team members share ICP settings and signal workflows but have separate personal views and saved searches.
