Search, filter, and export from 700M+ verified B2B contacts and 14M companies.

Search basics

Use the search bar in Contacts → Search to find people and companies. You can search by name, company, job title, or email domain. Filters are applied with AND logic by default — every filter you add narrows the result set further. Use the OR toggle to broaden a specific filter.

ICP filters

The most powerful filters are ICP-level: Industry, Company Size, Location, Tech Stack, and Funding Stage. Combine them to build a precise TAM. Example: "Series B companies in fintech with 50–200 employees using Salesforce in the United States."

Contact-level filters

Filter by job title, seniority level (C-Suite, VP, Director, Manager, IC), department (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Operations), and tenure at current company. Tenure is useful for targeting new hires (under 6 months) who are more likely to evaluate tools.

Lists and exports

Save a search as a List to revisit it anytime. Lists auto-refresh — new companies matching your criteria are added automatically. Export up to 2,500 contacts at a time to CSV, or push directly to Salesforce or HubSpot using the "Send to CRM" button.

Data freshness

Contact records are re-verified on a rolling 90-day schedule. Email addresses are validated against SMTP and domain records. Phone numbers are carrier-validated. The "Last verified" date is shown on each contact card. You can request a re-verification on any record from the contact detail view.

Suppression lists

Go to Settings → Suppression to upload a list of domains or email addresses to exclude from all exports and alerts. Current customers, opted-out contacts, and competitors are common suppression categories. Suppression is applied globally across all lists and exports.
