How fast do alerts appear after a mention goes live?

Social mentions from LinkedIn and Twitter are typically delivered within 2 minutes of the original post. News and press mentions take up to 5 minutes. Podcast transcripts are processed within 4 hours of episode release.

Can I filter by sentiment or intent strength?

Yes. Every mention is scored for intent strength (passive research vs. active buying signal) and sentiment (positive, neutral, negative). You can configure minimum thresholds so only high-signal mentions trigger alerts.

What languages are supported?

English is fully supported for all 6 channels with intent scoring. Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese are supported for news and social monitoring with basic keyword matching. Full scoring for these languages is on the roadmap.

How do I avoid false positives and noise?

Bunlead applies multiple noise-reduction filters: duplicate detection, spam scoring, known bot detection, and account-match validation. Only mentions that successfully match a company in your watchlist are delivered as alerts.
